Requires experience developing cellular phone applications or operating systems.
Expert C/C++.
Platforms include but are not limited to Windows CE, Linux, and Mac.
Familiar with various 2G and 3G GSM cellular network protocols.
Experience developing on embedded platforms.
GCC cross compiler experience preferred.
CNO development experience preferred.
TS/SCI with Poly is required. Location is the Baltimore/Washington area

A Kernel Developer's capabilities should include at least a few of the following: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience; strong grasp of operating system fundamentals, including interrupts, threading, virtual memory, device drivers and memory management techniques; knowledge and understanding of operating system internals, device drivers, integration of code with the operating system kernel, reverse engineering, and Intel x86 assembly; experienced with code and resource optimization; previous professional development experience in Windows and Linux environments.
