An exciting opportunity to help drive the day-to-day operations of a growing development team to ensure schedule and process compliance, conduct SCRUMs and produce weekly reports for a growing project in the Intelligence Community.

Develop and maintain plans for execution of assigned project with emphasis on requirements, development team taskings, financial, schedule and performance control. Provide support to the Program Manager in the form of management, coordination and approval of project particulars. Directs and supervises all support resources for the performance of project assignments and activities. Supports managing the technical direction of a project through the design, implementation, and testing in accordance with project objectives. Responsible for weekly reports to both internal and external customers and supports monthly reports to the customer as requested or needed. Manage the finances of the contract to include weekly time and attendance, monthly project status reports or PSRs, and monitor contract financial health. Support the Program Manager with annual employee evaluations.

Position Requirements:Requires Bachelor's degree (in Computer Science, Math, Electrical Engineering or related field) or equivalent, and seven to nine years of related experience.

Technical Lead and or Project Management Experience
Understanding of SDLC
MS Project, Source Forge
Customer Management

Security Requirements:US Citizenship and required TS/SCI clearance
